Blogging with 2

Sorry for the many days away. I did try and blog 2x before, but everytime I hit, "publish post" nothing happened. Finally, Brandon and I had 2 minutes together and I remembered to ask him about it. Being the computer genius that he is, he fixed it and I can blog again!

Finding time to blog has not been that easy. I'm trying to make sure I do my devotions each morning, get the kids fed, bathed, clothed, get myself fed, bathed, clothed, and I've been trying to do some fun activity/project with Cayden and keep the house clean. Somehow, it doesn't sound like a lot when I type it out, but it really takes all day! Then Brandon gets home and it starts Karis' fussy time. She gets fussy for 2 hours every night and it is so frustrating! I am so so thankful it's in the evening so Brandon can at least play with Cayden and I don't have to worry about anything else, and I'm so thankful it's not during the middle of the night when I'm exhausted, but it is frustrating that it has to happen at all. However, she only wake up once or twice in the middle of the night and it only takes about 30 min each time. Cayden was eating every 2 hours 24hrs a day and it took an hour each time because he'd poop and need to burp. I honestly don't know what was worse, Karis' fussy time or Cayden eating all the time. I really like that I get sleep now, but I'm not used to having a baby cry just to cry, because Cayden never did that. I'm counting on, "this to shall pass..."

Any idea why Karis is so fussy? And around the same time every night? :(

No idea why, just fussy. Lots of people say that's normal, but Cayden sure didn't do it. It happens sometime between 5:00 and 6:30 and is done about 2 hours later.

It's totally normal. In fact, after I read this I remembered a post I did when Noah was a month old called "The Eight o'Clock Fussy Hour".
