Child Labor

So I was helping at camp last week and I asked Kristin to babysit Cayden, I should have known she would put him to work given her track record!

Pillow

Cayden woke up this morning still tired. He laid with me on the couch for quite awhile crying so I just sang to him until he calmed down. After I finished my song...

Cayden: I sleep better at mama peggy's house
Me: You sleep better at mama peggy's house? (wanting to confirm if I heard him right)
Cayden: Yes, she has a pillow for me.

I didn't think he cared, so we just hadn't changed things yet, but we will be getting Cayden a pillow now:) I just couldn't believe that he could make a comparison like that and know why he liked her house better.

Following Suit

I have been thinking about this for awhile but am finally now doing something about it. Just to help protect our family, not that we are in any danger, but safety overall in "web" sense. From now on my blog is only going to be open to readers that I have approved and invited to read! I really don't believe I have a ton of people that I don't know of that are reading my blog or that I wouldn't want to read my blog I just want to be on the safe side! So my blog will be open to all for probably the next week or two. I would really encourage and appreciate anyone who reads my blog to make a comment with your email address so I can add you as a reader! If I don't know you and you have been reading my blog please feel free to introduce yourself! I am not trying to hurt anyone's feelings or leave anyone out, again just a safety thing!
