Drum Roll Please!!

Cayden turned 5 months today and last night HE ROLLED OVER! Yeah, it was so exciting. One minute he is on his back and the next he's on his tummy and pushing himself up on his arms. He even wiggled forward a bit. (Note: it was not crawling or even intentional, but he did make some forward progress in his excitement:) )

Couponing

Ok, so I haven't been the best at keeping things updated partly b/c I have discovered the world of "couponing," I love it! I have gotten some great deals and have actually made some money buying things! Walgreens has become the coolest new store! :) There are many blogs that discuss how to coupon or offer great advice on saving money. My favorite has become moneysavingmom.com and the links that I have traveled on from there. If you are interested in spending a little time to save money let me know and I can give you the tips I have. This week just one of my deals is going to be: getting 20-2 packs of the Gerber 2nd foods and paying $-5.00. Yes, I will be getting paid to buy my son food! YEAH!!!

Yes, we have warned Cayden about his uncle Travis. Brandon is sure to explain to Cayden that Travis is a Packer fan which, by definition, means he is crazy and that under no circumstances can Cayden allow his Uncle Travis to warp his mind. Cayden is a Vikings fan like is father. (Note to self, post some of his Viking pictures)

Besides friends, Cayden loves his aunties and uncles. He's blessed with 3 of each so far!

Life is Great!

We have such a happy baby!! I think Cayden was only a week old when we first caught his smile on camera. These are some of my favorite smiles!!

Swimming Anyone?

Also this summer, Cayden went swimming in Grandma Pam's pool. (She was kind enough to bend the "no peeing in the pool" rule for her grandson.) He loved it! We spent quite awhile just swimming around with him. It was the perfect evening: about 80 degrees in the pool and out.

Expensive Taste Already?!

This summer Cayden was able to hang out in the driver's seat of a Dodge Viper. Unfortunatly, because his feet couldn't yet reach the pedals, he was unable to take it for a test drive.
