Well, I think only one person I voted for got elected, and even that election is subject to winning a recount. I am thankful that I have God to put my trust in and not man. This could be a very depressing time, but I know my God is in control and I pray that as a result of this election Christians will wake up and start serving God whole heartedly. If that happens, then this election was probably the best thing to have happen to our country.
For now though, I am happy to have my only responsibilities be to care for Cayden, Brandon, my online course, the cooking, cleaning, shopping... :)

Vote Tim Tingelstad and Dan Griffith
Ok, one more unCayden post, short this time: Judges are non-partisan, so if you read my ranting on the post before, don't take it out on them:)
VOTE TIM TINGELSTAD FOR MN SUPREME COURT
VOTE DAN GRIFFITH FOR MN APPELATE COURT
If you live anywhere in Minnesota, then these two men will be on your ballot. They are great guys that believe their job is to uphold the constitution, the way it was intened from our forefathers. They also believe it is important to keep our right to vote for judges and not let a committee choose the judges (like the incumbants want).
Judges are very important, did you know that Roe v Wade, taking prayer out of schools, and the removal of the 10 commandments from courthouses, was all done by judges? Yup, it was, so make sure you are informed before you vote for judges today.

Ok, I know this is a little late posting this and that everyone is ready for the election to be over, but I have to take a minute and express myself. I'll try and keep it short and only express some of what I'm thinking:
Vote, don't be lazy, get out and vote to help preserve your country. There is a presidential candidate that wants homosexual marriage and abortion to the fullest extent (he wants a baby that lives through abortion to be left to die, to not help in anyway, how far will these abortionists go?!) That is murder, so is abortion, but even to them you'd think, they'd think since the baby was born it was alive, but no. If they pass the hate crimes law pastors could go to jail for preaching what the Bible says about the homosexual lifestyle. This is an important year to vote and not to vote your own personal gain, but on morals, morals from the Bible.
Did you know that helping the poor was intended for the people not the government? It says it right in the Bible. I find it very interesting that a lot of people choose the democratic party because it helps the poor, they even state that as the Christian thing to do, but they ignore the fact that while they are helping the poor the morals the Bible teaches are going right out the window. I also find it interesting that people don't help the poor anymore, its organizations and government giving money. Let's vote Republican, save unborn babies, preserve marriage and help the poor ourselves. Doesn't that sound better anyway? We have the chance to help others personaly, not just give money to them. It would solve all kinds of problems. Anyway, that's my unCayden post for the day. Thanks for reading and for voting.

Cayden and Jack

The first outfit was from Uncle Cody and his girlfriend Kellie and the second was from Aunt Abby, both were gifts for Cayden's first birthday. Isn't he sooo cute in them?!Petting Zoo?
We've been having a lot of fun teaching Cayden different animal sounds. He loves to make noises with his mouth. Here are a couple of animal clips. As a friend said, "he's a whole petting zoo in one little person." haha :)

We are trying to teach him to kiss a girl's hand, but to only shake a boy's hand. Sometimes he kisses the boy's hand and shakes the girl's hand:) He's only 17 months, he's got time to learn, right?
